Il Clos La Gaffelière 2022 è un Saint-Émilion Grand Cru ottenuto da Merlot (85) e Cabernet Franc (15). Le uve provengono da vigneti su suoli argillosi e collinari. La vinificazione avviene in acciaio inox, seguita da un affinamento di 12 mesi in botti di rovere per metà nuove. Il vino si presenta con un rosso intenso e al naso offre sentori di prugna, ciliegia, liquirizia e fiori. In bocca è elegante e strutturato, con tannini setosi e una freschezza che ne esalta l’equilibrio.
